Smallmouth Fishing on Dale Hollow
It's Smallie time Boys!!! You just gonna
stand there and bleed or you gonna fish? John, Dale... Get out here!
It's 6:15 in the morning as we arrive at the Gin Clear waters of Dale Hollow lake. A cold front has just pushed through and we know the bite is going to be slow. We have planned all winter for this trip and are excited to see what the day will bring! Thinking back to 1955 when D. L. Hayes caught an 11lb 15oz smallmouth bass we wonder how he must have felt. We are fishing the river channel on "Dale Bend" southwest of Hendricks Creek Marina when it happens... Let the rest of the story be yours!!! Be sure to have a trip booked this Winter for Float and Fly on Dale Hollow! This is the place to go for smallmouth! Check out these smallies!
